Bad gears of war 2 code

Per Ryan B at xbox support I am posting here to inform the promotions team that my gears of war 2 code is not working and he has created a case for your review after our live chat about it.

Export RB1 songs now or later?

The twenty free DLC can be downloaded right away. The code that we get is the one you type directly into XBox Live on the Redeem Code section. (Like the Gears if War 2 map pack). There is no messing around with websites like the US versions.

Hmm. Can you click the "Message" envelope below my post and send me the code in question so we can take a closer look please? Also, what happens when you try to redeem the code? Do you get an error message or code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) that you can provide
to us?

one question do you live in Germany or japan or china?

If so that would be why gears 2 isn't available in those regions and no us foreign bases don't count as the us

here, I wanted to make sure you understood what you need to do to redeem this code.

Xbox 360 codes require a billing address on the account most times. You will want to fill out the Billing Information on your account over on our
Commerce site. It will ask you to add a credit card. You are free to remove this card once you have added it, but you will need to add it on to add the address.

After that, attempt to redeem the code again.

If you are still receiving an error after that, please post back here so that we can dig into it further. We do not offer support over Xbox Live messages, and your best bet to ensure that you are seen by the entire team of us here on the Support Forums is
