Bad fortnite stutter

Fortnite is almost unplayable on my Xbox. It has bad stutter. . I have a new 4K TV and Xbox One. Also when I play fortnite I have the yellow arrow down and red X on my network sometimes . When I plug my PS4 into the same TV same network, I don't have that
problem. So it's not my network or my TV? Is my Xbox network card defective? Why do I have bad stutter? I've been through all the forums. I've tried everything, adjusting the display everything that's suggested and nothing works. Please help.

I called Xbox I had to open ports on my router and that fixed the issue.

Tried everything on there all speed tests perfect. Still have bad stutter. I walk forward in the game and get put back where i came from

Maybe you need to replace the xbox? Whats your warranty?

Could it be wireless interference? Are you on wifi or ethernet?
