    why is it that you tell us you're giving us FREE games for gold rewards, but when i go to download the game i get told i need a paymet method. It's aFREE GAME. why do i need a payment method for a FREE GAME. i myself believe you ALEADY HAVE ENOUGH OF MY
    PERSONAL INFORMATION. it is rediculous that i should need a PAYMENT METHOD for a supposed FREE GAME, I personally feel that you've. LIED to us all. out of my comfort zone.

    The payment method issue is separate from the Rewards program. For suggestions and feedback, you'd want to post at
    Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice The systems still processes free games as a regular purchase, so it would need a payment method on file to process the payment even if it's free.

    Hi, sorry you had a bad experience on Xbox Live.

    You did the right thing by reporting this using the tools on the Xbox, however it is considered bad form to name and shame other users of the Live service. Innocent until proven guilty as they say.
