Bad Attitude Community and the Be Awesome" "Rule"

Every online gaming community has rules that regulate interaction among members and the attitude toward the service used. The Code of Conduct is the basis of this system of rules for xbox live and the enforcement acts are there to ensure you respect it.

I think it depends on the entity of the bad behavior / verbal abuse. Try to not be toxic and make the Xbox Community a better place for everyone! Always report racial slurs, bad mannering, swearing and every bad attitude that is not healthy for the community.

ngocphi i just got the console for my son, and those rules, that you can not buy 360 games in a xbox one console, but you can buy 360 games in a 360 console, nobody share that info to me..... also the Xbox gift card does not state that rule also, but rules
are rules, and that is ok, but a bad attitude and the disrespectful tone is not appreciated.

About all that info about regions and fraud, that is nonsense, this is a minimal situation with a simple solution, the bad attitude of the reps are the issue here, if you do not know how to handle a situation, you need to be in other departments In Microsoft,
no in Customer Service, and even more in the Customer Service Complaint Department.

just to add to the info that was already provided to you, rep is just an issue of individual attitude toward the xbox live community. In this case is the community that rates your attitude so try to play clean and exercise rules of fair play whenever you
can.
