Backwards Compatiblity not working.

Hello,

i have problems getting this game to work on my Xbox One. I`ve put in the 360 disc and installed it and launched the game. But when it loads the Xbox360-Informations, it closes that window very quick and i end up not being signed in. It says:

"You do not have an active gamer profile. To create or load a profile, please press the Xbox Guide button, now.

If you continue without a profile, your game WILL NOT BE SAVED! Please press "A" to continue.", even though i am signed in on my Xbox One. Pressing the Xbox Guide button doesn`t help either.

I`ve tried this with several accounts. It is working with some of them, but not working with some of them as well. I`ve tried it on two different Boxes, with the same accounts.

This brings up the next issue. To play this game online, the account needs gold cause it is a 360 game. So i went on and bought gold, but i couldn`t connect to the servers with this account after buying Gold. It says i have gold and i am getting Games with
Gold and all that and the support told me my subscription worked, but the game doesn`t register it or something. But it worked with another account on the same xbox.

So yeah, i decided to get in touch with the support and talked 2 hours to two different agents, we did a lot of troubleshooting like resetting the xbox, reinstalling the game and all that and it`s still not working. They`ve now told me to get in touch with
you guys, cause it`s more game related.

Any ideas how to fix this? It`s so weird cause it works on one account on the one xbox, doesn`t work on the other box with the same account, but works with another account on the first xbox and so on. There is absolutely no pattern, it is just not working good
in general. Help?..

The disc is required to check that you have the game only, the BC version of the game will be downloaded via the internet.

If the disc is damaged and unreadable then try to clean it as best you can, but if it cannot read the disc then you will not be able to install ME2 BC on your XBOne

 

I forgot to add, Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise is causing these issues.
