    on my xbox one i have a bunch of xbox 360 games that i play but for some reason the multiplayer for these games no longer works on the xbox one but if i test it on a xbox 360 its works.

    If i remember it is a backwards compatible game,just the online wont work as the servers were shut down.

    Do you have an official hard drive in your console? If not then you will need one to play backwards compatible games.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums today. I understand you're having trouble playing online multiplayer for some backward compatible games on your Xbox One. If you could clarify what games are you unable to connect to on multiplayer? Do you own these
    games digitally or via disc? What happens when you try to connect to the games? Do you get any error codes or error messages?

    You must check xbox live Status, if its not working so you have to wait.
