    Backwards compatible discs wont load or cant install??


    Anybody had issues playing backwards compatible games or getting them installed? My xbox one games load no problem but i try installing black ops for example and nothing happens. Sometimmes the disk wont eject neither. No scratches on the disk!!. Might consider
    throwing the console outta the window to fix the issue. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!!

    General issues since last 2 updates

    ^^That is so far from the issue im having. I dont have any problems with backward compatible games. My issue is my feed wont load right.

    Yes. They are backwards compatible, but only on discs or if you download them through EA Access.

    If its a disc just put it in and it will install but only if its on the backwards compatability if its not you wont be able to.

    if the game is backwards compatible it should just show up in ready to install

    or the disc works with an internet connection, usbs wont work

    hi, please see the link below for the backwards compatibility list:

    If your games are on that list you should be able to insert the disc and it will download and install and then play, you will need the disc in each time to play though, if a game isnt on the list then it wont work unfortunately.

    that's because it's a disc copy. To install a backward compatible disc you need to do it from the disc.
