Backwards compatibility screw up

    Backwards compatibility screw up


    I own gta 4 and the dlcs but my xbox one sayssays I have to buy it again, what did I do wrong?

    Hi AntonioMiranda7,

    Because of backward compatibility you will be able to join parties, join games but only the xbox 360 game you have started up.

    Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Adds Borderlands & All DLC!

    Can't say that any of my DLC for Gears is showing up in the game, perhaps it is being added by region?

    Would my digital downloaded games for 360 be available on the 1?

    As long as they're made backwards compatible they will show up once backwards compatibility is available.

    Only games that are backwards compatible will show up for redownload. Not all 360 games are backwards compatible (like the ones you listed). You can see a list of backwards compatible games here - www.xbox.com/.../backward-compatibility

    I bought a 360 game only to find out I can't play it on my Xbox ONE. The at the store lied to me.

    Not all games are backwards compatible. If the game is not listed here it won't work. Backwards compatible games are being added all the time, but backwards
    compatibility is up to the publisher. So not all games will be made compatible.
