Backwards compatibility on YouTube?

Hey, so I was wondering, since Xbox one has game dvr, and the backwards compatible games support the use of game dvr, would I be allowed to publiclly post the game footage on YouTube before the holiday when it opens up to the world?

There's no reason why not. It's not like any of the backwards compatible games are in beta or anything. They are all games that have been out for years and already have multiple videos on youtube showing them off.
