Backwards Compatibility lagging and losing live.

When I play Halo Reach, I start to lag. Even the Xbox Live Parties which I am not evening playing with start to sound like cutting in and out robots. Sometimes during this lag and freezing, I loose live. Not for the Xbox One, only for the 360 port... It's
unplayable since I lose connection and get kicked out of games even if I don't lose connection, but from lag. Please someone help!

My Account won't stay connected to xbox live on backwards compatibility.

I'm having a problem with backwards compatibility. My xbox live account disconnects from xbox live when I attempt to log in on the 360 menu on backwards compatibility for Xbox one.

If you're concerned about losing your digital purchases, buy a few USB flash drives and save the games on them.

Backwards compatibility with PS4 is essentially trivial as the hardware is nearly identical

Can you take a video demonstrating your lag?

This can be common for some backwards compatibility titles, usually it settles down and lag is unnoticeable after a few days or so.

Hmm, not for me. My lag occurs on every Backwards Compatible disc game on literal 15 minute intervals, and this has been happening for multiple weeks in row now.
