    Backwards compat game achievements not being added to XB Live gamer score


    Since August, any backwards compatible 360 games I have played, the achievements unlocked are not being added to the gamer score on Xbox Live. This happens whether I am playing backward compatible games from Gold membership, EA membership, or digital purchases.
    Yes, I am connected to Xbox Live. I have restarted and even reset my Xbox One. I make sure I am always signed in to my gamer tag. However, the gamer score still does not update with the backwards compatible unlocked achievements.

    Refund?

    Microsoft do not give any info on backward compatible games until it is released. You can check on the full list if the game is back compat or not here

    https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/backward-compatibility     Also do not forget to check on a regular basis, as more games are added to the catalogue.

    Achievement scores not adding in with overall gamer score.

    I've played a pretty substantial amount of the game and the first 115 gamer score from the game hasn't added to my overall gamer score. The achievements are unlocked on xbox.com but they just were not added on to my overall gamer score. Is there a way to
    fix this?

    Keep in mind that many of the Xbox 360 games are not yet backward compatible for xb one, you should check if the game you are trying to play is backward compatible with Xbox One, if you have them in digital format go to your games library on Xbox One and
    there You will find the games that are backwards compatible ready to download, or you can also search the complete list of backwards compatible games from xb 360 to xb one current on the web.

    The Xbox and Xbox 360 backward compatibility program has ended, and no more of the games are being added to the backward compatibility catalogue.

    Some of them are. All backwards compatible games are listed here - https://majornelson.com/blog/xbox-one-backward-compatibility/ Games are still being added as backwards compatible
    so it is possible that games that aren't on the list will be added, but it's also up to the publishers to allow them to be compatible.
