    i bought gta 5 digital copy on the xbox 360 and I just got a xbox one for Christmas and when I tried to download on the one using the ready install page it wasn't on there and when I go to gta 5 on the store it says I have to pay for it

    I cant download GTA San Andreas on my xbox one

    So I just bought GTA San Andreas backwards compability and it doesnt appear on my xbox one.

    I bought through this website( Retrocompatibilidade da Xbox One | Xbox ) that it says its compatible.

    Any ideas?

    backwards compability for gta 5

    Considering that its a completely different game on xbox one, due to rockstar re-releasing there in 2014, the 360 version will not be backward compatible.

    GTA V for the Xbox 360 may become compatible eventually, but for now if you do want to play the game on the Xbox One, you will have to purchase the version for that console.

    GTA V for the Xbox 360 may become compatible eventually, but for now if you do want to play the game on the Xbox One, you will have to purchase the version for that console.
