Backward compatibility

hello, I am trying out this backward compatibility for the first time. I have an Xbox 1 and I purchased splinter cell conviction. It is on the compatibility list but my console says the game is not playable. Do I need to do anything to my consol or should
it just download it and play it? I'm not connected to Xbox live or anything. My internal drive is 90% full. What can I do to fix this issue?

Minecraft game online Xbox ONE & Xbox 360 ?

Because of backward compatibility you will be able to join parties, join games but only the xbox 360 game you have started up.

Hi,

You need to connect your console to Xbox Live - you don't need a Gold subscription.

Once you are connected, insert your original BC Xbox 360 game disc. This will prompt a download for an update, this update is actually the game.

have to be online if its a disc but if you bought it then it should load since its digital and you've downloaded. I think there's a issue with BC discs as none of mine will launch which has never happened before. They've been having license problems across
the board recently affecting a small minority of users. Take your smartphone and download a free WiFi hotspot app then use that to connect your console to xblive to verify your licenses. Good luck

With xbox one backwards compatible games accessories are not compatible. Also only a few games are backwards compatible with more coming

While it is true that backwards compat is on hold. Every backwards compat licensing has to approved by the developer for that game to approve the ability of backwards compatibility. There are some developers unfortunately that will not allow there games
to be backwards compatible .

If it's not backward compatible then it's not backward compatible and never will be as they stopped updating the emulator years ago. The only Robotech game that is backward compatible is Battlecry.
