    Backward compatibility for Rise of the Tomb Raider


    My wife purchased Rise of the Tomb Raider for my Xbox 360 for my birthday in July of 2016. For Christmas we updated to Xbox One S and we are wondering if this game will be backward compatible or is there some way I can get it for Xbox One S without purchasing
    it again? I am a gold member.

    Can Anyone help?

    Hello. I want to buy XBOX ONE Rise of the Tomb Raider bundle, which contains only digital codes. How can i transfer the license if next generation (maybe Xbox Two) has backward compatibility with XONE games ? (Sorry for my bad English - I am from the Czech

    Lei rise of the tomb raider has a FREE demo on the store and the first tomb raider is free with gold. rise of the tomb raider wont b free for a long time

    only way to play it is buying it for the one, cant say if it will get backwards compatibility or not but its more likely it wont since it has a one version

    you can't use rise of the tomb raider xbox 360 on the xbox one, it's not a backward compatible title.

    There is no game simply named “Tomb Raider” that is backwards compatable.

    There are three “Tomb Raider” games that are: Underworld, Anniversary, and Legend.

    You cannot use Rise of the Tomb Raider from 360 on xbox one, because dont and wont be on Backwards Compatible because that game already has a xbox one version.

    So you cannot install it on xbox one x.
