    Background play apps keep crashing


    I can't play background music or videos once opening a game in any app that supports background play. Once I go in and play the video or playlist I want and then open up a game the background app crashes.

    Forza Horizon 4 wont start

    Hi Joakim,

    Sorry to hear Forza Horizon keeps crashing right after the picture.
    If Forza Horizon 4 is disabled from being a background app it may crash or hang when suspending and resuming. check whether the setting is set to Off: Privacy > Background apps > Forza Horizon 4 > Off. Please keep this setting On.

    I keep it on power saving, and it usually hard resets daily with the youtube bug that crashes the xbox when you launch it while a game is playing in the background

    Disconnecting from xbox every 30 seconds

    I am also experiencing Xbox App crash every 30 seconds. My Xbox is connected, I can play a game on my Windows PC, but the app crashes every 30 seconds, I have to keep clicking "Stream" and it's annoying. Then it refers me to "Test" my Streaming connection
    and the App says it cant connect to my Xbox, when in fact, I hear my game music playing in the background in the App. Which can't be right.

    I have streamed to my Windows PC since the App Launch and never had connection problems.

    System and App are both up to date.

    it appears to crash while still in the black screen with the logo and no message. i did notice a background process for xbox that shared the same logo for the app. so now idk if its actually crashes or being forced into a background process.
