Background image missing

After the recent update, achievements started re-unlocking and I got the mural artist. I set the image as my background but now the image does not show up and it's back to a black abyss. This started a couple days ago when I started having problems opening
my achievements. The error code I got was 0x87c40011. All other content is safe, just can not set/see this image in the background.

background image resolution.

When i put an image up as a background it stretches it regardless if the image fills the screen. is there a standard resolution the images need to be resized to? thanks for any and all help.

I suppose it'd depend on the resolution your console is outputting at.

It sounds like a glitch, Have you tried what Smwutches suggested and power cycled? Checked to make sure the console doesn't need an update or even tried clearing the MAC address ?

Have you tried performing a powercycle? If you have and that didn't work, have you tried a factory reset?
