Background home screen

u can download a app or do it in settings.

1. In the "My color & background" settings page, select achievement art and/or screenshots

2. Scroll through the list of games in your library that have achievements and/or screenshots flin

3. Once you select a game, scroll through the game's achievements and/or screens hots and click on the achievement that features the artwork you want and then click "Set as background"

There is no way to change where the blocks are at the moment but hopefully in the future it will change.

He wasn't asking about how to change his background. He just wants to know if he can remove the menu items, which you can't. It is part of the UI and xbox doesn't offer any customization for it
