    Runtime Error
    Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed
    by browsers running on the local server machine.

    Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors>
    tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

    I just updated the xbox live, and now I can't open my account and I can't access any progress I made in my games, I was supposed to buy Skyrim's DLCs but now I'm mad that I can't buy them or play Skyrim with my 60lvl account... The code error is 80151015,

    This can sometimes happen. Usually clearing the browser's cache, closing the browser then re-opening and trying again will be enough to make it work.

    However, you should definitely let us know if this issue is persisting.

    Malicar is correct. Judge B has no idea what he is talking about. Developers/publishers provide their own backend and backend support if needed.

    Sony has provided dedicated servers for some of their 1st party games as well.

    And I am so sick of hearing "cloud", they are data servers which have been around for decades, it's nothing new.

It is not just about the game; what is most important is the progress, achievements, and rewards saved on these accounts, which we put our efforts into obtaining. I would feel the same way if I were in your shoes.

    To meet your expectations, account data is stored on a highly encrypted server and members of this community do not have access to the server's backend data to retrieve it. Therefore, we can only offer advice and guidance in this regard based on our previous experience and knowledge. On the other hand, it would be a huge information security crisis if any member of the community had direct access to a user's Microsoft account data.
