Backdating rewards

hi, I have never been made aware of your rewards programme, it's only because I have just been speaking to Someone in the supports to who advised me of this and when I joined I have 0 in the account. I have spent thousands of pounds through Microsoft and
would like all or at least most of this backdated as I have missed out all of this time! I'm not happy about this!!!

Help the Engineers solve the problem

Hi I think it's about time to have something for x-box to view. This is to help the engineers solve problems trouble shooting for them!

Here's my first one. There current problem with not being able to download anything perchaced. I know you guys are working on it but you must have redundancy servers. Why do you not put your redundant server in service I know it will be backdating but better
then nothing at the moment. Then offline d but the primary. But your redundant server as your primary and then the pressure is off you!

 

Score Streaks

I keep one low points score streak reward, one mid-points score streak reward, and one high points score streak reward at all times, even though I routinely switch them up. The care package is one of my favorite lower points rewards, because sometimes you'll luck up and get a high points reward from it.

Unfortunately, as stated in the FAQ, only Rewards members are eligible for Rewards:

You can only earn Rewards once you're an Xbox Live Rewards member. Once your membership is complete, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like completing missions, earning MyVIP Gems, or working towards your MyVIP Star Rank
