    What device/platform exactly are you using the Backbone?
    Do you play games via Cloud gaming or via Remote Play?
    How about your other games? Do they work correctly with your Backbone?

    because the app is just a front, the store is integrated into the os and is the backbone, this will all change in windows 11.
