Backbone controller, my controller works on the backbone app but when i go to the cloud...

You misunderstood, lol. I was trying to see if I could cloud play using the backbone controller without using the backbone app on an Andriod.

Next is to check permissions. Your cloud gaming app has the necessary permissions to access your controller. Kindly do this in your phone's settings.

Then uninstalling and then reinstalling both the Backbone app and the cloud gaming app.

What device/platform exactly are you using the Backbone?
Do you play games via Cloud gaming or via Remote Play?
How about your other games? Do they work correctly with your Backbone?

I can appreciate you trying to help but clearly you aren’t reading my issue. Whether the backbone controller is attached to my phone or not I still have the issue this is something on the Xbox app/remote play side.
