I went to the page to see which games were backwards compatible. Assassian's Creed Black Flag is on the list, but when I try putting the 360 game in my One I get a message saying that the game is not backwards compatible and that I need to check the site
for a list of games that are. Am I not doing something right? Am I missing something? I was really excited to receive this game and I'm really upset that I can't play it.

    :)

Try doing a reboot of your console by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds and then releasing. Restart the console and see if that changes anything. That title is on the list so the game should automatically begin to download when the
    disc is inserted.

Yea, perform a power cycle to see if that changes anything. It could also be a server issue at Microsoft.
