I already own the pass with a code with the edition i got from ebgames, Now why is it going to charge me on the xbox store to redownload the pass and why isnt the install option for the dlc their instead of buying it when i should already own it?

I understand. Would you please try these steps?

Remove Account:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

Power Cycle:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Wait for 5 minutes and then turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Add Account:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.

After that, do this:

Press the Xbox Button > My Games and Apps > See All > Manage Queue > Queue > Click on Cancel All > Clear The Queue

Then Press the Xbox Button > System > Settings > System > Storage > Clear local saved games (Note: Just do this if your saves are saved in the cloud, else they'll be lost).

Then try to see if the game is downloading and working fine.

Two days ago Xbox had a major server issue which affected everything from buying/downloading games and DLCs, games asking to be purchased again, payments being refused.

Their servers are still getting back to normal and some users are complaining they're still having issues. Would you please wait a few hours to see if things get back to normal again?

No i bought the xbox deluxe game from eb that had the pass with it. I though at first i just had not used the code. So when i entered it claimed it was redeemed. Now the problem is after redownloading the game its trying to make me pay for it when i know i own the pass

The game is downloaded. Thats is not my problem. My problem is to redownload my pass they are trying charge me for something i got the code for and activated when i got the game
