Babies get you suspended

How is it, that I can be suspended from Xbox Live for calling someone a name after he initiates a message to me to trash talk my game play. I didn't invite his message. I think if you start a trash talking session, the person on the other end ought to
be able to exercise his right to free speech without judgement.

Exactly why this new rating system is perfect. Cry babies get matched with other cry babies and bullies with other bullies. It all works out in the end. The bullies get equal targets and the babies can play the way they want without grief.

It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct you can be punished. In situations like that, it's best to just report the other person and block communications with them.

JTKING43, no thanks but never would I want or allow "volunteer moderators" while on Xbox LIVE. The last thing I would ever want is some cry-baby who get's schooled using his "powers" to Suspended my Profile.

Truth, absolute power corrupts absolutely. Short story, give a "volunteer" power and they will abuse it.
