    See if this helps you.

    If you are running a third-party anti-virus program, you need to allow EZ Anti Cheat to run and bypass your software or alternatively you can disable your anti-virus program.

    You can also attempt to right click the game application icon and run it as an admin. This gives the game administrator rights allowing it to bypass most restrictions.

    I am opening the game from the xbox application,
    the game and the anti-cheat does not open, only that error appears accompanied by "timeout

    Seems like they had a fix for it back in January but then something else broke it. I was able to install Fh5 no problem but then went to install B4B and that's when things got wonky. Maybe it's B4B lol.

    could be an idea, I spent 45mins on support calls with xbox and microsoft - tbh though, its not just B4B thats giving me this problem, and the error code is the same - so who knows :(
