    B button not responding


    So I ordered a controller a few days ago, and every button on it works fine besides the B button. For some reason whenever I click it gently, it doesn't respond, but instead I have to click or tap aggressively in order for there to be a response.

    The button doesn't get stuck in the controller btw, just for some the button doesn't respond unless I press it hard. I think it's a design flaw or something, not sure what's up.

    I did all of that, but it says the warranty for the controller expired on the 10th of April, so can I still get a warranty on the controller or no? Because it's concerning how this issue is still occurring but no one talks about it.

    I don't know the date of purchase of your item, you can check the warranty terms applicable in your country by following this link

    There you will be able to identify if the device should still have a warranty or if it has expired.
