    Hi, is anyone else having issues opening xbox fitness? I keep getting a message saying azure server error, xbox fitness was unable to retrieve configuration data.

    Still not working, tried the above fix, and re-installing it.. This is crap..

    I couldn't get on either, kept trying though. Eventually I got on a few minutes ago and started to play. Had some bandwidth problems which has never happened before... It let me play for about 5 minutes, then it kicked me out. I'm now back to the Azure Server
    error pg... Azure server error :(

    It's not AZURE servers. Look up the issue and you shall read that it is the EA servers. If I am correct the Azure servers do not provide service to the ,Xbox 360.

    As far as I know, the Azure servers are currently used for business purposes only. Not sure when we will get Azure gaming servers/services.

    According to your description and error, could you please tell us which application that you're using?

    Based on the error, please try to request to IT admin of organization and remove the external users’ account from the group and set up as guest user account from Azure portal - Add or delete users using Azure Active Directory.

    Note: Please wait for 24 hours to take such effect from server.

    Please feel free to contact us if there's an update.
