security proofs as outlined in this guide. We often find people that do this are then able to message again.

Hi Arlette.

Thank you for reaching out to the forum. I would recommend a hard reset of your console.

1. Press and hold the power button on the console until it completely switched off.
2. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console.
3. Now you have to ensue any remaining power in the Xbox One battery is drained, so wait for two minutes and then press the power button four times.
4. Plug the power cable back into the console.
5. Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.
6. Turn on the console using the power button.

yo estaba jugando y después de aproximadamente 1 hora a 2 horas inteinte sesión iniciada pero no me deja me aparece el error y no me deja iniciar y hacer un rato buscando y no me pasa nada y la conexión de Internet esta muy bien pero

Try clearing the cache on your HDD.

yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%
