    I bought and pre-ordered AW from the Xbox One store but my Xbox factory reset itself and now I can't redownload it and when I go to the day zero bundel it says I haven't bought it. Any help?

    Is the account you're trying to play online with the same account you're posting from? If so, it might be that your Gold subscription has expired. I'm afraid you'll need an active Xbox Live Gold subscription to play online.
