"Avoid me" reputation, stucked

So, I´ve been in the "avoid me" reputation for 2 weeks and I´m still with this rep, I played with at least 100 people in different games, and I don´t know when I´ll be able to play again normally, this is kind of annoying because my gold subscription ends
in 2 weeks, and with all this, I don´t really now if it´s whort it to renovate it again, because I only played like a week of this month and then I was in "Avoid me" rep, is there any way to explain my situation? casue I don´t even think thatI deserve this
rep, it´s the firs time I got it, and all started since I reached master level comp in overwatch, and just because I use certain hero, people are reporting me just because they don´t like that hero, wheter we loose or win They keep saying they´ll report me

Stuck in avoid me reputation

I have had my reputation stuck in avoid me for over a year. I know how and why I got there and understand the steps to take in order to improve my reputation. I have played free games as this is the only way i can find to play with other people online
in order to improve my reputation. Nothing has worked. I checked on the xbox enforcement page and my reputation on the site says im a good player and I checked and I have no reports on my account in the past 6 months. What more am I to do to get a better
reputation because nothing is working.

If your Xbox profile's reputation was ranked down to Avoid me status, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

• Team-killing or betraying other players
• Going idle for long periods during gameplay
• Intentionally or repeatedly crashing into other players in racing games
• Frequently dropping out of multiplayer matches
• Hoarding weapons or vehicles with the intent of preventing teammates from using them
• Denying other players time to select a move or play in strategy or sports games
• Being overly critical of the play style or shortcomings of other players

In order to reinstate your account to Good status, you'll need to avoid the reasons mentioned above.
