No puedo Jugar el nuevo paquete de mapas Carmesí de Halo 4!

desde hace unos dias compre el pase de mapas de 2000 puntos microsoft de Halo 4, hoy que llego el primer paquete de mapas: Carmesí.

cuando intento jugarlo aparece un aviso que vaya al Marketplace de Xbox Live ya que supuestamente no lo he descargado

dos preguntas:

¿ Porque no puedo jugar el nuevo paquete de mapas?

¿y cuando puedo empezar a jugarlo?
