Avatar wont update even after restart of console

    Why does my avatar show random avatars instead of the one I've created?

    Update: I restarted the console and logged into the new profile, and all the changes I made are now showing on the new avatar.

    However, after logging back into my original profile, and toggling the "Show my avatar" checkbox under Customize Profile from on, to off, to back on again, I'm showing another random avatar.

    following steps a shot:

    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and check to see if the issue continues to occur.

    I spoke with phone support, but only idea was to do the restart thing which didn't work. They did however take my number down to pass along to the person who is working on the download issues. they said they would call back with in 24 hours,
