    Avatar Reward, Lord of the Rewards


    Hi,

    I have been informed that I should post a question on here in regards to my missing rewards progress.

    I have purchased 2 avatar items above the price of £2 from the list of eligible items. Yet after more than 10 days I have not been given the progression towards completing the reward.

    This is the final level before fully completing this event.

    Rewards Credits not awarded

    Hi,

    I have bought two titles eligible for the Level 1 of the Lord of the Rewards: The Technomancer and The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings.

    I have also bought the Magic Wand avatar element, eligible for the Level 2 of the Lord of the Rewards.

    However, I've not received the Rewards Credits, both as "pending" and/or as "awarded".

    Could you please check what is the problem?

    Lord of the Rewards not credited correctly

    I completed all 4 levels of the Lord of the Rewards promo last Saturday. Today, I see only the rewards credits for level 1. For level 2 I bought the Dragon's Breath for my avatar. For level 3, I completed 5 achievements in Witcher 2. Level 3 is currently
    showing 20% complete.

    It can take our program up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. This is mentioned in the FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Since you completed two of your achievements on the 15th, we have processed that information. The remaining achievements you earned the following day (keep in mind we use the UTC time zone, as mentioned in the FAQ) have not yet been processed. Please allow
    more time for our system to process your latest achievement information before being Rewarded.
