    AVATAR REWARD items don't show up in my Avatars list of items to use


    On xbox one & the Win 10 app none of the avatar reward items show up to use with my avatar.

    Items purchased or downloaded from interface advertisements all still show and work as expected but if it's something I was awarded from a game they don't.

    Had similar issues previously but could always find a work around via using the 360 (now that doesn't update my One avatar) or the xboxlive.com interface.... now that errors and says to try again later.

    AVATAR REWARD items don't show up in my Avatars list of items to use

    Pretty much the same for me, I've now got 2 different avatars one on the 360 with my avatar awards and one on the Xbox One refusing to update, I can't change the Xbox One version as the avatar awards are missing.

    Avatar Award Problem (Item incorrectly Listed as Locked after requirement completed.)

    Just checked it, Avatar Awards don't show up in Purchase History. So you can't attempt a re-download. And the item is listed in the available items in storage on the device.

    As for the problem itself, the items don't even show up in my avatar item list, I don't even have the exclamation marks.

    I have the GotY version and my account region is Hong Kong.

    Still no update to the Xbox Avatar Editor?

    Did they really ditch the avatar items in the Rewards for Season 16? If so, maybe my dismissal was the correct timing. When I used to be a part, it was primarily about avatar items.

    I remember when it did that for my Red Dead avatar items, I was able to apply them using the Avatar Editor here on the website. Then eventually the items showed up on my Xbox.

    Try it and hopefully it works. =)
