Avatar purchased requirement for warrior promo

I've purchased 2 games that are part of the warrior deal that gives up to 16k points. Now, I've read the faqs to make sure I do everything necessary to guaranty myself some extra points. It specifies that I'm able to search "warrior" in the avatar store
to buy warrior items however there is no search on the PC app nor my phone or xbox one and I don't think I should have to go through each page individually (roughly 350 pages worth). Please help me on figuring out a better way to go about getting the eligible
warrior items to get points.

Missing promo

I don't remember exact details and can't find the original email listed the promo but here's what I know. The promo was listed sometime around when the Gamer IQ started.

Promo details: Purchase an item from the avatar marketplace for at least 200 MSP and receive a Halo Banshee for your avatar.

Date: deadline for promo approximately mid-April

Promo item: Halo Banshee

I purchased an item worth 240 MSP on April 8th thus meeting the requirement. I have not received an email or other indication that I would be receiving the promo item.

Have confirmed with chat support game license and when the game was purchased.

You can find the avatar store in the 360 marketplace. From there you can perform a search for "warrior" in the search bar, which should return a URL like the following: (https://marketplace.xbox.com/en-CA/Search?query=warrior&DownloadType=AvatarItem).
