    Avatar Purchase


    I can't purchase anything in the avatar store. When I click purchase, this message shows up: "Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this type of transaction from your Xbox." I am on my xbox. It's not a card problem because the item I want is free.

    hey there try checking your avatar awards in the avatar editor to make sure

    then go to your hard drive and look at the avatar section and see if its there

    or try checking for them on xbox.com avatar editor

    If you purchased it in the Avatar marketplace then that means it is an avatar item only and not for use in the game. You'll have to go to Social then click on his avatar and go into the avatar gallery to access it.

    Sorry you're upset. However, the items you purchased for your avatar are still available on the old avatar system. They will always be linked to your account via that one.

    However, the purchased items are not rolling over to the new avatar.
