    Avatar purchase not posting as complete in Fellowship of Rewards


    I made a purchase of the Balrog Pet for 2.99 and it does not show up as complete in the Fellowship of Rewards mission on XBOX Rewards. The purchase was made on September 9th, well over the 96 hrs which it is claimed to take for the purchase to be posted.
    Please advise.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. You are not required to complete the first part of the offer (purchase games, etc.) to take part in level 2 (avatar purchases). We have determined an issue properly detecting your avatar purchases, and have resolved the problem.

    Being Doctor rewards

    Hello FlushedKeyboard,

    Since you registered as a British Rewards member, only purchases in that region's currency (GBP) is eligible for Rewards. Since your purchase of Firewatch was made with CHF, it was not eligible for Rewards, and did not complete the first part of the offer.
    Since you did not complete the first part of the offer, you cannot progress the achievement part of this offer.

    We see that you are now being Rewarded for Simply Rewarding and the avatar portion of the Warrior Rewards offer. However, we have determined an issue with your avatar purchases that caused you to not be appropriately Rewarded for the rest of the offer. We
    will be manually adjusting the remaining Credits from the offer (purchase, achievements, and bonus for completion of all parts), and you should see these Credits pending by the end of next week. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    It takes us up to 96 hours to recognize and process new activity. Your purchase on the 10th was rewarded yesterday, and completed both Simply Rewarding and the first level of Warrior Rewards. Your avatar purchase on the 11th has not yet been processed.

    We will be able to Reward achievements earned on purchases even if they are earned before the processing is completed. Since the achievement portion simply requires that the first level is completed, once it detects that the first level has been completed,
    it will check all the games you purchased to complete the first level for achievements and Reward accordingly. Again, please allow up to 96 hours for processing.

    The monthly offers refers to our unique monthly offers that change each month. For instance, the Being Doctor Rewards offer last month and the You Compete Me offer this month. You only have to participate in and complete one aspect of the offer. For example,
    avatars or games/movie purchases can be completed. Participating in FREEdom Rewards will not go towards this MyChallenge.
