    My avatar won't display on my Xbox One, I've tried everything possible and it still won't, I've spent money on a shirt and hat but I can't display it so it's worthless to me, is there anyway to get a refund on those items. I can't get my avatar problem resolved so I need to at least get my money back

    Just give us a display Avatar option. On = Dashboard Avatar like 360...... Off = Avatar stays in the app.

    Avatars are retiring. There will not be an Avatar Kinect on Xbox One. Microsoft is getting rid of avatars and all users who bought gears for the avatars will be issued refunds.

    Hello Hollified Ninja,

    Avatar items can be display on your personal Avatar on the Xbox One.

    Gamerpics, however, are not. You have to use one of the ones provided for you or create your own using your Avatar.
