    Can't edit or create live avatar, on my device. So under "Games" I have a blank avatar.

    Hey there, Echasketcheri

    It is quite possible there was a service alert with the Avatar store. Please could you try again and see if the problem rises again. I have tried accessing the store and have been able to brows items and content.

    If this is still a problem, no one else is experiencing this problem, so it could be something on your local Xbox and device. Please could you try clearing the cache for your Xbox Console by holding your power button for 10 to 20 seconds. Or until the Xbox
    One shuts down completely. Then try to reboot the Xbox to see if the problem still shows.

    Hey there, Darkcloudx79! I'm sorry to see that you cannot edit your avatar! Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this. Avatar issues :) Just to clarify, this is on your Windows Phone, correct?

    If this is, what phone do you have and what's your OS version? You can find your OS version by going into
    Settings > about > more info. This can help me out a bit. Can you tell me if anything happened like a phone or app update?

    Once you get back to me with this, we'll jump into some more troubleshooting! Avatar issues :)

    All my gear has now shown up - so this may have been a migration issue. Still can't find the Avatar Store though.

    Yep, me too and a friend of mine as well. But honestly, that's pretty much the only issue I've had.

    I'm getting the same problem on my console. I'm guessing you transitioned your profile from xbox 360? I'm wondering if it has something to do with the avatar data not carrying over properly. All things considered I'm happy with the initial launch. Hopefully
    Microsoft will get these small problems sorted out quickly!

    I'm getting the same issue. But other than that and Kinect not reading my QR codes or working that well with my voice I haven't had any issues.
