    We use avatar information from the Xbox 360. In order to change this, you will have to use your Xbox 360. Apologies for the inconvenience. After you update it should take about 96 hours to be reflected on the website.

    Avatar date is something the Rewards program gets from the Xbox servers. It can take a while for it to update so all you can do is wait and see if it does.

    Our website uses Xbox 360 Avatar information. If you would like to change your avatar on the rewards site, you will have to adjust your avatar using a 360 console. Apologies for the confusion.
