Avartar app crashes at startup?

Go to app and games. Go to avartar. And go to custumized or take gamerpic if you want to do those thing.

I really think that the Avartars are not used enough. I wish there was a Hub where everyone's Avatar would be there and I wish they would bring back the old Achievement System like the 360 did that certainty achievements would unlock items for our Avartar.

Quick update:

New IOS Version (10.3) and the latest XB1 Smartglass update (released 29th March).

No change, app still crashes on startup.

Hello, i was also having this issue and none of the fixes I've done have worked. The xbox launcher was working but then i set up a 2tb external drive and i had

to give myself admin permission to change where all new apps are installed and after i finally got all that to work the xbox launcher wouldn't open. Everything

else works just fine its only the xbox launcher and the microsoft store + all microsoft games thats doing this.
