How do you access your cloud gaming experience? Is it through the Xbox app or through an internet browser?

I suggest to try on both and see if the issue is the same.

For browser experience, use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser to access xbox.com/play website.

Oh. We had a confusion earlier. I thought that was a remote play. So you're referring to the Cloud gaming not the remote play, correct?

If it's a cloud gaming, you have to use the Xbox Game Pass app. If you experience the issue on the app, try to simply reinstall it.

You could try to access the cloud gaming using a Google Chrome browser or Microsoft Edge browser via xbox.com/play website.

I have the PowerA Spectra Infinity and I'm also having the same issue. This controller has worked fine for me on Edge Canary, but now all of a sudden it is not being recognised by that browser or even regular Edge, The controller works on my PC, including on Chrome and the Gamepass app, but none of these have the clarity boost mode, so I'm not happy with sticking with those choices.

I have looked deep within the PowerA website and there is no mention of these controllers needing firmware updates at all.

On the console it's not necessary to play trough the browser, in this case the edge browser on the Xbox don't have all the characteristics of the regular edge browser but on the console all games that can be played on the cloud are accessible trough the game pass section
