    Available money during purchase is lower than money on account.


    Im using the Xbox One. When I try to buy something in the store, the available money amount is lower than the amount shown in my account settings.

    I redeemed two gift cards. Since then the available amount during purchases is frozen. It didnt rise through the gift cards, and it didnt even lowers through a small test purchade I have done.

    I also cant use my wishlist. I wonder if these two problems are in relation.

    I already made a console reset. It had no effect on this two problems.

    The purchase option would show whether you have money on your account or not. If it's not showing a purchase option, then that means it's not available for purchase.

    Check your order history for your account too see if any orders have been made from your account that would mean that you would have less money available than you should have, as it could be possible that someone has used your account too make unauthorized
    purchases on your account. Hopefully you get your money back and sorted soon.

    Probably during the purchase process you received an error message, this means the purchase was incomplete, when this happens but the money gets out of your account, the money will automatically return to your bank account after some time
