The Elite controller is in many ways a better than the standard controller, but from my experience the headphone jack is the same as inside the standard controller.

There is also the option to connect your headphones via Bluetooth.

I hope this answers your question.

Only controllers that is not standard controllers that Microsoft sells is the Design Lab controllers. That is just different colour/color to your personal preferences.

There is nothing that can be done if a specific color is not available for Design Lab controllers. The only colors available are the ones you see when creating the controller. Since the suggestions on this thread talk about opening your controller or painting
your controller, which is against the

Don't worry, this is normal.

If you try installing later a new game, you should experience something similar (limited functionality inside the game)

But once the game is fully downloaded you can navigate and use all the options available
