    Hello, I've got a charge on my PayPal account for a month of Gold Membership that I didn't request. Is it possible to get a refund and to cancel my gold membership subscription?

    You would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Keep in mind that any time you purchase gold through Xbox you are also authorizing them to turn on auto-renewal. It is up to you to turn it off before it renews.

    Turning off Auto-Renewal

    The recommended option for cancelling your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership is to turn off automatic renewal. With automatic renewal “off,” your membership will expire at the end of its term. To do this:

    Go to My Account.

    Click Sign In (upper-right corner) and type your Windows Live ID information (if you’re not already signed in).

    Next to Automatic Renewal, click Change.

    Change your automatic renewal setting to OFF.

    Important: Important: If you turn off auto-renewal, your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership will expires at the end of your paid membership time. Until then, you can continue to enjoy all the benefits of Xbox LIVE membership.

    Note: If you would like to immediately cancel\disable your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership, please contact Xbox Support using the Assistance information at the bottom of this page. Immediately disabling your account will forfeit the remaining time on your membership.
