    Automatic payment but no live


    Hello, i have a probleme

    Two automatic payment was made from my bank account, without my permision and for making this worst, i don't have the two month xbox live who was deduct please microsft can help me ?

    i wan't to stop those payment and take back my money or just get the xbox live that i have pay for.

    Downgrade to silver

    If you have the automatic payment option then.
    support.xbox.com/.../cancel-xbox-live-gold-subscription . If your not using the automatic payment option, just wait until you get paid and buy another subscription card, or buy Xbox Live membership from the marketplace.

    Ask for password before making a purchase?

    just remove the credit card from the payment options but b4 that turn off the automatic renewal of the live subscription

    When you enter your payment info it will automatically be set to auto renew. That way each month money will automatically be taken from your payment method each month. You will be notified 15days in advance before being charged.
