Automatic connectivity Issues with Nintendo Switch controller

I have a Bluetooth Nintendo Switch Gamecube controller which i hoped would automatically connect, and everytime I turn on my computer i need to remove the device and re-add it. I was hoping to find a fix on the internet but to no avail. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

    :)

    Hello Chris how are you?

My name is Ezequiel I'm an Independent Consultant.

Unfortunately you have to contact the manufacturer of the controller so that you can have the best connectivity on your PC.

The only suggestion I can give you is to download an application that updates drivers automatically. Many times our Bluetooth driver or others on our computer do not update automatically.

How to solve “ Unable to connect, please restart your client. P2P/SIG: no_session (Expired Auth from Discovery)” on Nintendo switch?

Thank you for contact us! I'm Anderson, an Independent Consultant and a Microsoft user like you.

    Good evening

Restart your Nintendo Switch: Sometimes, simply restarting the console can help resolve temporary connection issues. Press and hold the power button on your Nintendo Switch and select "Power Options" followed by "Restart."

Check your internet connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and working properly. You can try restarting your router or connecting to a different network to see if the issue persists.

Update Minecraft: Make sure that you have the latest version of Minecraft installed on your Nintendo Switch. Developers often release updates to address bugs and improve performance.

Check for Nintendo Switch system updates: It's also essential to keep your Nintendo Switch system software up to date. Go to the Settings menu on your Nintendo Switch, select "System," and then choose "System Update" to check for any available updates.
    It does not work 😔

hi I'm trying to connect my wired Xbox controller to my Nintendo switch but when plug it in the controller wont even turn on

    Hi,

No idea why the 'Independent Advisors' can't do some research before they reply.

While the good news is that it is possible to use an Xbox controller on your Nintendo Switch, the bad news is you need an adaptor.

Use an Xbox controller on a Nintendo Switch

You also need a Bluetooth Controller. Hard wired third party Xbox controllers won't work.
