Auto-Bot Suspension and Xbox Enforcement team

I was selling carries in diablo 4 for in-game currency(Gold), not real money and enough people reported the post to where your bot suspended me. I tried calling xbox support to be told nothing can be done and this action cannot be removed from my history so that my next offense from the bot will be a 7 day suspension which is utter-[mod removed]. Cannot email xbox anymore, cannot email the enforcement team anymore, can only call customer service to be told there's nothing you can do to help me? No terms or community guidelines were broken as this was in-game trading carries for gold and not real world money. I am beyond livid that xbox customer service and how things are carried out are done now compaired to how they were done years ago.. Can anyone help me as this is a wrongful suspension and you cannot appeal a two-day suspension even if it was wrongfully applied to your account.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions. If the suspension is not eligible for a case review, there is nothing that can be done.

If this was in an LFG post, those are only meant for looking for other people to play a game with. It doesn't matter if the money is in-game money or not. Offering to buy/sell/trade, etc. is not allowed in LFG posts.

There's no specific timeline for how long a review can take.

Complaints are reviewed by the enforcement team, so suspensions are not issued by a bot.

As further clarification, "bots" do not suspend users on Xbox Live. They may identify potential problems, but a member of the Xbox Live Policies Enforcement Team (XBLPET) is the one that decides if a suspension is warranted.

I think its a trigger happy response from the enforcement team and I think the service offered to help has been terrible, I appreciate you trying to offer advice but this has not been good enough from xbox that this is my only option to come to
an ambassador or a bot

The case review process involves a real human, a member of the Xbox Live Policies Enforcement Team (XBLPET). The initial suspension was made by a real human, a member of XBLPET. No bots have been involved in issuing your suspension or considering your review.

Thanks for replying to my message Daniel. So, my problem is that someone dumped 56,000 of followers (bots) to my account, I didn’t bother with it so much since I’ve heard so many people say that nothing will happen. Few months went by, woke up in the morning to a permanent suspension after that I went to appeal it and as expected it came back denied. The Xbox safety team sent me an email saying “manipulating followers with a third party software leads to a suspension” yet it wasn’t my problem, the issue was someone else added follower bots to my account without me knowing and I don’t know who did it. Does the Xbox enforcement team know about this? Because I did my best to prove the fact that a random person added bots to my account in the appeal but yet the enforcement team did nothing.
