Auto banned wrongfully

I recently got communication banned for spamming. I am a guild leader and cooy pasted a message welcoming new members with out discord link to them. I tried to appeal it and and it says i was denied. I am now facing 2 weeks and cant even play some games just because i sent a welcome message to my new members but sisnt type it out each time. I am extremely upset and no one will help me. Im trying so hard to find support. If anyone can help me at least talk to someone i dont know what else to do. Im being auto targeted falsy and not even able to have a trial and i pay money for game pass and live and for my actual games that some of which i cant even play. I feel like my rights have been stripped from me. Please any assistance is appreciated.

this has been replied to in many instances, at the end of the day spamming is not allowed, constant messages will be picked up as such as its the same message going out over and over again which is indicitive of spam.

2 weeks however is not that long and will soon be over, but it would be worth noting that SPAM messages are against TOS and in future you would be wise using in game chat methods and voice communications.

Hello all bans are checked over to make sure you are following the Xbox Community Standards.

Bans do not happen automatically. If you feel like they have made a mistake you can request a case review if you are able to not every ban is entitled to requesting a case review

I used to think it wasn’t automatic too but I tested my theory out on other accounts and if you copy paste a message it will auto ban for spam but if you add something to the message or change even one letter it won’t. I get that technically I was spamming but no one reported it and it wasn’t unwanted which is why I wanted to appeal it but I can’t. I already looked for a way to email the enforcement team or contact them and the links just go back and forth from support to enforcement pages and the chat just says go to the enforcement page. It’s an endless loop.

Yes thank you, I was trying to make it easy for them because you can click the link for discord on the Xbox app so they wouldn’t have to type it in and I only sent it to 7 people. However I will take your advice and use in game mail now because I don’t want to rush making Microsoft angry again.

remember, MS refused to believe they were wrongfully banning consoles. then the moment the public got watchdog involved in th UK, bam! MS suddenly find a faultin the system that was wrongfully banning, and then did something about it.
