    Auto Aim


    This has got me killed numerous times , I have had it latch onto a POST in the middle of the battle. This option needs to be fixed. It always points at the bottom of the tracks in which most of the time my round will dart right into the ground. I wish
    I had the option to completely get rid of it, and yes i know all I have to do is quit using it , its an instinctive reaction now ITS A PAIN IN THE ***!

    how do i disable auto lock on to friends/crew members online

    There's auto-aim? That would've made single player incredibly easy... So other people online could be using auto-aim against me while I free aim?

    Do ya know I just ad a look for ya and I can't see the option to toggle this feature seems odd like as we always had a choice of wether or not we wanted it enabled

    Auto Aim

    You can turn auto aim off in options. If you are referring to autolock, then try to break the habit. Aim for weak spots, hold fire if you don't have a 50% penetration chance (colour of reticle). Watch health bars on enemy, remember when you see them and
    fire you are now a target, move accordingly.

    I've never used it, may be I should I would kill everyone.

    I must have killed too many wot csr's in the same game 'cause they gimped my account. Only one in 50 rounds hit the target.

    they are babies and can't take anyone beating them at their own game!

    Think about it.

    If you could play only 1 game online, would it be THIS game?

    If it IS, what would be "wrong" with you?

    it is a pain in the backside when you click it on a target in the distance and .. boom .. big hole in the hill

    it is a nasty habit though

    It works like it does in RDR, if you turn auto-aim off you get matched and into lobbies with people who have auto-aim turned off. if it's turned on you get matched with people who have auto-aim turned on. FOZ if you want to turned auto-aim off go to settings
    then controls (Targeting Mode) switch it to free aim and it will fix your problem. unless you're asking if their is a way to have auto-aim on but make it where it wont target crew members or friends? if that's you're question there is not a option for that!
    either have auto-aim on and deal with that or use free aim :)

    Auto aim screws me up, I hate that feature. When I'm trying to pull a head shot on some games it'll pull to center mass. I never use auto aim. Or auto aim will pull for the head when I'm aiming for the neck to walk up the three round burst or short burst
    on full auto.

    For Myself, auto aim only works well on shooters on the psp with the awkward controls at times.

    I hope they turn auto aim off. I went through the story with free aim. It'll be to easy with auto aim on. Just like COD.

    Yes the game has aim assist. Aim at an enemy and watch your crosshairs move a little and even follow the enemy a bit.

    You're thinking of auto aim. And no Destiny does not have auto aim.
